Use this form to register your buyer for one of the communities Kaz covers. The information goes straight to Kaz — she'll confirm the registration with the builder in writing and send you the per-community co-op terms.

Timing matters. Submit this form before your buyer's first sales-office visit, not after. Most Portland-metro builders won't honor representation that was added after a solo sign-in.

What happens next

1. Within 1 business day: Kaz confirms registration with the builder, in writing.
2. Within 1-2 business days: You receive a registration confirmation email with the per-community co-op terms and any builder-specific paperwork.
3. Before the tour: You walk in with your representation locked in.
4. At close: The builder pays your brokerage the published co-op commission.
