Regulatory framing

Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, our essential cookies fall under the "strictly necessary" exemption. Analytics cookies (Clarity) are non-essential. EU visitors who have not consented to analytics should use the browser-level opt-out paths above; we are working on a true opt-in toggle in the cookie banner.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah, we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise your access, correction, deletion, or opt-out rights, see the privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We will update the "last updated" date when this policy changes. Material changes (new analytics tools, new cookies, new third-party processors) will be surfaced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
