License and regulator

Karena Kaz Arianna-Zhian is a licensed Oregon real estate broker, license #201210282. License status can be verified at the Oregon Real Estate Agency public lookup. Real estate brokerage in Oregon is regulated by the Oregon Real Estate Agency (REA), oregon.gov/rea.

Agency disclosures

Under Oregon law, real estate licensees must disclose to consumers the type of representation provided. The Oregon REA Initial Agency Disclosure Pamphlet describes the agency relationships available (buyer's agent, seller's agent, disclosed limited agent) and the duties owed in each. Kaz will provide the disclosure pamphlet at first substantive contact about a specific property and again before signing any binding agreement.
