KAZ New Homes is a one-person, deep-specialty practice. Karena Kaz Arianna-Zhian is the agent — the brokerage relationship and the back-office support sit underneath that.
Karena (Kaz) represents buyers inside Portland-metro new-construction communities. She is a registered preferred buyer's-agent at multiple builder communities in Clackamas and East Multnomah counties, and her practice focuses on the parts of the new-build process that the on-site sales office doesn't volunteer — registration timing, contract addenda, lender comparisons, design-center pricing, and inspection sequencing.
Kaz hangs her Oregon real-estate license with Keller Williams — Experts Realty Group, a Keller Williams Realty franchise serving the Portland metro and Willamette Valley. The brokerage handles the back-office side of every transaction (contract review, transaction coordination, escrow oversight) while Kaz runs the buyer-side advocacy.

When you sign a buyer-representation agreement, you're signing with Kaz personally through her brokerage — the same way every licensed Oregon real-estate transaction works. Communication, scheduling, contract review, and incentive negotiation all run through Kaz. The brokerage stays in the background unless an issue requires escalation.
Kaz works with a limited number of active buyers at any one time so that each gets her attention through close. If she is fully booked, she will tell you on the first call and either schedule a future start date or refer you to a trusted colleague. We do not stack pipelines.
